Aims of the FIH Youth Panel

As the FIH Youth Hockey Panel moves into its ninth year, it still strongly holds onto its aim to give youth a voice and to stimulate young people to take up leadership roles in hockey and think out of the box and be open-minded.

We aim to foster the growth of youth involvement in Hockey worldwide. This can be done by giving youth the opportunity to develop as coaches, umpires, leaders, administrators and event organisers. Through the FIH Youth Panel and its own National Youth Panel, national associations can benefit from having youth who are active, enthusiastic and have a passion for hockey.
